Hello let me introduce my self ,

My name is Liam carpenter I am a local property expert in Taunton somerset, I have live in somerset all my life and know the area really well, I have been working in property for sometime now and have a great knowledge when it comes to property and have recently become an estate agent to help sellers out when it comes to selling their homes and have the skills to help them find their dream home.

I have been in property investment for a few years now and know how to find a home that works for a property investment and want to put my skills to good use when it comes to helping people to move homes and sell their own home, you can find out more information on the what we can do for you page,

In the mean time here is a little more information on me though I was born in Taunton and I grew up in somerset so my knowledge of the area is over 30 years of intelligence of the area so can help to guide anyone in the right direction about living in somerset more specifically Taunton. Having grown up there for most of my life, I don't like the way other agents/ agency's sell home and want to have a better business selling homes than all the other agents in the local area. I work form home with my estate agency and will meet up at a local coffee shop, on the phone or a private business space to have a conversation with people before we get to business, I feel that this is a much better way to talk about your home and allows us to build a better report with each other than just a robot styled call or walking in to an agency and having to sit in an overly cramped office and talk about a home

I previously was a care support worker for people with challenging behaviours and learning difficulties so I have a much better level of communication skill than most agents in the area this is due to being able to communicating with service users often in a nonverbal way, this allows me to be able help those who become my clients in a much more communitive way.

I'm not here to profit from people, I'm here to earn my commission in my agency by having the best client care possible, helping others find their dream homes with my skills as a property finder, helping people through every process when it comes to property and allowing my clients as stress free experience possible so you don't have to worry and feel like your in the best hands
